Common sense in the use of EP conveyor belt

 

  1. During use, it is strictly prohibited to connect EP conveyor belts of different types and specifications.

 

  1. During the transportation of EP conveyor belt, avoid squeezing hard and curved objects.

 

  1. Material conveying direction and material falling speed are consistent with the direction and speed of EP conveyor belt.

 

  1. Before use, the material on the conveyor belt is usually emptied to avoid overloading the motor and slipping of the conveyor belt. Before stopping, all materials must be unloaded from the EP conveyor belt.

 

  1. When in use, EP conveyor belt tension should not be too large, and should work with minimum tension under the premise that it does not slide with the drive roller and the material does not move.

 

  1. Do not drop or move the EP conveyor belt during transportation, and adjust it in time.

 

  1. If the EP conveyor belt runs reversely or does not move during use, please solve the problem in time, adjust the tensioning system, and keep the tensioning device flexible.
