The working surface covering rubber is made of halogenated butyl rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber. When ethylene-propylene rubber or styrene-butadiene rubber or halogenated butyl rubber is used to transport high-temperature materials above 350 ° C, the surface rubber of ethylene-propylene rubber or styrene-butadiene rubber or halogenated butyl rubber is easy to burn after contacting high-temperature materials for a short time.

Even severe burnout makes the service life of rubber conveyor belts very low, and the normal production of steel and cement industries is seriously affected, which will increase factory transportation costs and become a bottleneck restricting the efficient production of high-temperature sintered ore and cement clinker.

In order to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings, asbestos cloth is laid on the surface of the covering rubber, and the characteristics of heat resistance, heat insulation and flame retardancy of the asbestos cloth are used to prevent the covering rubber from being burned by high-temperature materials. At the same time, the heat of the high-temperature material is not easily transferred to the belt fabric ply of the conveyor belt, and the belt fabric ply can be effectively protected by its heat insulation properties.

The main solution is to set a fabric ply stretch body between the working surface cover and the non-working surface cover, and lay asbestos on the working surface cover. The asbestos cloth can be a dust-free asbestos cloth or a dust-free asbestos cloth having a thickness of 1-6 mm. At the same time, because the asbestos cloth weaving structure is relatively loose, it is convenient for the rubber conveyor belt to flow the surface covering rubber into the asbestos cloth loose structure through the high temperature during the vulcanization process, so that the two are firmly combined. Because it has the high temperature resistant material burning performance, Short-term damage to the belt caused by high-temperature materials is reduced, and the actual service life is increased by 0.5-2 times.

The working top cover is made of ethylene-propylene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber or halogenated butyl rubber, and the fabric ply stretch body is made of canvas or steel wire. Asbestos cloth is woven from natural mineral fibers. Its main component is magnesium silicate, which has the characteristics of heat resistance, flame retardant, heat insulation, sound insulation, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. The laying width of the asbestos cloth covering the rubber surface can be the working width for conveying high temperature materials, or the full width of the rubber conveyor belt.
