As we have seen on the surface of HR heat resistance conveyor belt there is always white rime on it, it is the common phenomenon of heat resistant conveyor belt, we called it as “spray rime” phenomenon, it is caused by chemical component called “TMTD-80”, which is a very important chemical component for heat resistant raw material mixing processing, it will be reacted to other chemical components to make the rubber into heat resistant capability, the TMTD-80’s molecule is micro type than rubber so it is easy to separate out from rubber, if you clean it off, it will happen again after a while especially in cold weather,  it is a normal phenomenon for some of heat resistant conveyor belt and will not affect usage in any way.
