1. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. The carcass of the polyester- polyamide (EP) type. Polyamide in weft.

2. The cover plates are of synthetic rubber grade “Y” in which the tensile strength must be more than 200 kg? cm2 (200kn/m)

and the ductile yield more than 40%

3. Good abrasion resistant.

4. Good adhesion between plies and no separation of plies at the edges therefore a molded rubber edge with a width of 75 to 125

percent of the belt thickness for al belts.

5. Non-again and sunlight resistant.

6. The service elongation must be in the range of 1.3 to 1.8 percent of total length by applying 10 percent of rated breaking load.

7. Good trough ability.

8. Every conveyor belt must have no one side at least 100 mm from the belt edge the following data vulcanized into it, clearly visible

and at maximum gaps of 20m:

a) Type of fabric and belt strength.

b) The official trademark of manufacture.

9. TipTop  cold vulcanizing materials or equivalent are used in our plant, therefore the properties of the conveyor belt materials must

match with the properties of such materials.

III TERM OF SHIPMENT

Every conveyor belt to be rolled on one roll, with 50cm wooden or metal shaft, which is connected from both sides with circular

wooden or metal flanges, with diameter at least 10 cm more than the roll of rubber belt diameter, the thickness of those flanges not

less than 5 cm to withstand the weight of the belt.

The rubber roll must be protected from all directions by wood or thin metal sheets (Circular shape of the conveyor belt drum) to

prevent any damage to the rubber during handling and shipping. On both sides the following information to be clearly painted on

a metal label and pressed on the wood or thin metal sheets which protected the conveyor belt in addition to the name and address

of consumer:

1. Name of the belt according to bill quantities

2. width and length

3. Direction of winding

4. gross weight.
