The structure of the light pulley is that the shaft and the hub adopt an interference fit (or a single button), and the web is fully welded with the sleeve, wherein the structure of the hub and the shaft interference connection key is used for the drive pulley; the structure of the medium pulley is the shaft and the hub The expansion sleeve is connected with the sleeve and the sleeve is fully welded; the structure of the heavy-duty pulley is that the shaft and the hub are connected by the expansion sleeve, and the cast welding web is cast and welded with the sleeve.
Depending on the surface of the drum, the rubber cylinder and the smooth roller can be divided.
The surface of the cast rubber drum has a large friction coefficient and is suitable for long-distance large belt conveyors. According to the surface shape, it can be divided into light bread glue pulley, herringbone groove rubber pulley, and diamond (mesh) rubber pulley. The herringbone grooved rubber pulley is directional and must not be reversed.
