I. The use of partial heat vulcanization technology.

This technology is the partial treatment for the abrasion area that was smaller than the working area of the vulcanization equipment plate, such as partial abrasion at the joint, using vulcanization equipment to perform heat vulcanization on the worn portion to restore the efficiency of the EP conveyor belt. This technology has a good effect in repairing small area abrasion, but at the same time, it has the shortcomings of larger input of human and material resources and longer elapsed time.

II. The use of partial cold vulcanization technology.

This technology blends cold vulcanized rubber according to a certain ratio and uniformly paints it on the worn surface after polishing the abrasion parts, so as to ensure the normal transport function of the EP conveyor belt. But this technology requires a longer curing time, even at room temperature, it also needs 10-24 hours to ensure, in order to complete the technical objective; at the same time, abrasion surface treatment is not smooth, after the use of sweepers, the cleaning effect will be not good.

IV. The use of spraying recovery technology.

This technology is suitable for linked concentrated abrasion. The special equipment is used in this technology to spray polyurea elastomer and mix two kinds of liquid materials with special equipment, and then sprinkle it on the worn surface of EP conveyor belt with high pressure, finally calculate the thickness according to the abrasion degree to form the abrasion layer. It is solidified rapidly and there is no sagging; the construction thickness possesses an elasticity and covers from millimeter to centimeter; meanwhile, it also presents multiple outstanding properties such as flexibility, abrasive resistance, anti-aging, and anti-corrosion property; as well as easy construction and high efficiency.
