Conveyor belt off-line phenomenon and solution

1. Conveyor structure is not level: Level structure in the affected area.
2. The buildup of material on conveyor idlers:

Remove accumulation; Improve maintenance, install conveyor belt scrapers or other conveyor belt cleaning devices.

3. Sticking conveyor idlers:

Cleaning conveyor idlers and improve maintenance and lubrication.

4. Conveyor idlers or pulleys out-of-square with the centerline of conveyor belt:

Readjust conveyor idlers in the affected area.

5. Conveyor frame or structure crooked:

Straighten in the affected area.

6. Conveyor idler brackets are not centered on belt: Readjust conveyor idlers in the affected area.
