Kar\u015f\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k hareket mesafesinin yetersiz olmas\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Gerginli\u011fin \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayn\u0131 tonajda h\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131n; ayn\u0131 h\u0131zda tonaj\u0131 azalt\u0131n; hasarl\u0131 rulolar\u0131n daha iyi bak\u0131m\u0131 ve de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesiyle s\u00fcrt\u00fcnmeyi azalt\u0131n; temas yay\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak gerginli\u011fi azaltmak i\u00e7in kaplamal\u0131 kasna\u011fa ge\u00e7in; kar\u015f\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 minimum miktara d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Kar\u015f\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r olmas\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kar\u015f\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hesaplamalarla belirlenen de\u011fere hafifletin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Sistemin yetersiz bantlanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bant gerginliklerini yeniden hesaplay\u0131n ve uygun EP konvey\u00f6r band\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Uygun olmayan EP konvey\u00f6r band\u0131 se\u00e7imi:<br>Belirli uygulama i\u00e7in malzeme, dayan\u0131m ve kal\u0131nl\u0131k gibi uygun \u00f6zelliklere sahip bir EP band\u0131 se\u00e7in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Yanl\u0131\u015f bant gerdirme:<br>Gerdirme vidalar\u0131 veya yer\u00e7ekimi gerdiricileri gibi gerdirme cihazlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak band\u0131n uygun \u015fekilde gerdirildi\u011finden emin olun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EP konvey\u00f6r bantlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 sarkmas\u0131, uygun olmayan kurulum, yanl\u0131\u015f gerdirme, yetersiz kar\u015f\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k hareketi ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bant ya\u015f\u0131 veya a\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli fakt\u00f6rlerden kaynaklanabilir. Uygun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler aras\u0131nda bant gerginliklerini yeniden hesaplama, kar\u015f\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayarlama, uygun band\u0131 se\u00e7me ve yeterli bant deste\u011fi sa\u011flama yer al\u0131r.
