Bir t\u00fcr etilen propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fudur. Yap\u0131s\u0131nda sadece yan zincirde doymam\u0131\u015f \u00e7ift ba\u011flar bulundu\u011fundan, ozon direnci, \u0131s\u0131 direnci ve hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k gibi m\u00fckemmel ya\u015flanma direncine sahiptir ve otomotiv par\u00e7alar\u0131, in\u015faat i\u00e7in su yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemeleri, kablo ve tel k\u0131l\u0131flar\u0131, \u0131s\u0131ya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hortumlar, kau\u00e7uk konvey\u00f6r bantlar\u0131, otomotiv contalar\u0131 ve di\u011fer alanlarda yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Kau\u00e7u\u011fun fiziksel \u00f6zellikleri nedeniyle \u0131s\u0131 direnci olduk\u00e7a zay\u0131ft\u0131r, ancak baz\u0131 kimyasal bile\u015fenlerle birle\u015ftirildi\u011finde kau\u00e7u\u011fun \u0131s\u0131 direnci \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artar. EPDM, en y\u00fcksek \u0131s\u0131 direnci s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131ndan biridir. Fiziksel avantajlar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">(1) M\u00fckemmel Is\u0131 ve Ya\u015flanma Direnci<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu, m\u00fckemmel hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, ozon direnci, \u0131s\u0131 direnci, asit ve alkali direnci, su buhar\u0131 direnci, renk stabilitesi, elektriksel \u00f6zellikler, ya\u011f dolgu \u00f6zellikleri ve oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011fa sahiptir. Etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu \u00fcr\u00fcnleri 120\u00b0C&#8217;de uzun s\u00fcre kullan\u0131labilir ve 150-200\u00b0C&#8217;de k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli veya aral\u0131kl\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131labilir. Uygun antioksidanlar eklenerek kullan\u0131m s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131labilir. Peroksit ile \u00e7apraz ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f EPDM kau\u00e7u\u011fu, zorlu ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda kullan\u0131labilir. EPDM kau\u00e7u\u011fu, ozon konsantrasyonu 50pphm ve %30 gerilme ko\u015fullar\u0131nda 150 saatten fazla \u00e7atlama olmadan dayanabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">(2) D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Yo\u011funluk ve Y\u00fcksek Dolgu<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu, daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funlu\u011fa sahip bir kau\u00e7uktur, yo\u011funlu\u011fu 0.87&#8217;dir. Dolgu maddeleri eklemek, kau\u00e7uk \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin maliyetini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilir ve etilen propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu ham kau\u00e7u\u011funun y\u00fcksek fiyat\u0131n\u0131 telafi edebilir. Y\u00fcksek Mooney de\u011ferine sahip etilen propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu i\u00e7in, y\u00fcksek dolgulu fiziksel ve mekanik enerji \u00e7ok az azal\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">(3) Korozyon Direnci<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Etilen propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu polarite eksikli\u011fi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck doymam\u0131\u015fl\u0131k derecesi nedeniyle, alkoller, asitler, alkaliler, oksitleyiciler, so\u011futucular, deterjanlar, hayvansal ve bitkisel ya\u011flar, ketonlar ve ya\u011flar gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli polar kimyasallara kar\u015f\u0131 iyi dirence sahiptir; ancak ya\u011fl\u0131 ve aromatik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerde (benzin, benzen vb.) ve mineral ya\u011flarda stabilitesi zay\u0131ft\u0131r. Performans, konsantre asidin uzun s\u00fcreli etkisi alt\u0131nda da d\u00fc\u015fecektir. Ancak ayn\u0131 ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda, florokarbon kau\u00e7u\u011fu, silikon kau\u00e7u\u011fu, florosilikon kau\u00e7u\u011fu, b\u00fctil kau\u00e7u\u011fu, nitril kau\u00e7u\u011fu ve do\u011fal kau\u00e7uk, k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmde \u00f6nemli bozulma ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">(5) A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 Is\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Su Direnci<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu ayr\u0131ca a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f suya kar\u015f\u0131 daha iyi dirence sahiptir, ancak bu t\u00fcm vulkanizasyon sistemleriyle yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkilidir. Diformolin dis\u00fclf\u00fcr ve TMTD ile vulkanizasyon sistemine sahip etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu, 125\u00b0C&#8217;de a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f suda 15 ay bekletildikten sonra, mekanik \u00f6zellikleri \u00e7ok az de\u011fi\u015fir ve hacim genle\u015fme oran\u0131 sadece %0.3&#8217;t\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">(6) Elektriksel Performans<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu m\u00fckemmel elektrik yal\u0131t\u0131m \u00f6zelliklerine ve korona direncine sahiptir ve elektriksel \u00f6zellikleri stiren-b\u00fctadien kau\u00e7u\u011fu, kloros\u00fclfonlanm\u0131\u015f polietilen, polietilen ve \u00e7apraz ba\u011fl\u0131 polietilenden daha iyi veya ona yak\u0131nd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">(7) Esneklik<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fun molek\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131nda polar s\u00fcbstit\u00fcentler bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, molek\u00fcl\u00fcn kohezyon enerjisi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr ve molek\u00fcl zinciri geni\u015f bir aral\u0131kta esnekli\u011fini koruyabilir; bu \u00f6zellik do\u011fal kau\u00e7uk ve b\u00fctadien kau\u00e7u\u011fundan sonra gelir ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda da s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">(8) Yap\u0131\u015fma<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu, molek\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle aktif gruplardan yoksundur, kohezyon enerjisi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr ve kau\u00e7ukta \u00e7i\u00e7eklenme e\u011filimi vard\u0131r; bu nedenle kendi kendine yap\u0131\u015fma ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131\u015fma \u00f6zellikleri olduk\u00e7a zay\u0131ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>1. S\u0131cakl\u0131k dayan\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan: Silikon kau\u00e7u\u011fun s\u0131cakl\u0131k dayan\u0131m\u0131 daha iyidir; EPDM kau\u00e7u\u011funun s\u0131cakl\u0131k dayan\u0131m\u0131 150\u00b0C iken, silikon kau\u00e7u\u011fun dayan\u0131m\u0131 200\u00b0C&#8217;dir;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>2. Hava dayan\u0131m\u0131: Etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r ve kau\u00e7uk \u00e7evre dostudur, ancak nemli ortamlarda etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011funda bakteri \u00fcreme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>3. B\u00fcz\u00fclme oran\u0131 genle\u015fme oran\u0131: G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde silikon kau\u00e7uk so\u011fuk b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015fmeli borular\u0131n b\u00fcz\u00fclme oran\u0131, EPDM so\u011fuk b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015fmeli borulardan daha y\u00fcksektir;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>4. Di\u011fer y\u00f6nler: Etilen-propilen kau\u00e7u\u011fu ozona kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek mukavemete sahiptir; y\u00fcksek sertlik ve zay\u0131f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131k k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6sterir; silikon kau\u00e7u\u011fu iyi elastikiyete ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131k performans\u0131na sahiptir; normal ozon dayan\u0131m\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck mukavemet sergiler!<\/p>\n\n\n<p>EPDM kau\u00e7u\u011funun \u00fcst\u00fcn \u00f6zellikleri nedeniyle, m\u00fckemmel y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k dayan\u0131m\u0131na sahiptir ve EPDM kau\u00e7uk konvey\u00f6r bantlar\u0131, \u00e7imento fabrikalar\u0131, \u00e7elik fabrikalar\u0131, sinter maden ve kok fabrikalar\u0131 gibi y\u00fcksek
