O que significam estas designa\u00e7\u00f5es e em que diferem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As correias transportadoras resistentes ao calor s\u00e3o utilizadas principalmente em ind\u00fastrias como siderurgias, cimento, coque, metalurgia, etc., para transportar materiais como min\u00e9rio sinterizado, coque, cl\u00ednquer de cimento e outras subst\u00e2ncias de alta temperatura. O processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o das correias transportadoras resistentes ao calor envolve m\u00faltiplas camadas de tecido EP ou cord\u00f5es de a\u00e7o que formam a camada de carca\u00e7a, com borracha resistente ao calor a cobrir ambos os lados, unidas atrav\u00e9s de vulcaniza\u00e7\u00e3o a alta temperatura. Esta camada \u00e9 resistente \u00e0 combust\u00e3o e impede a transfer\u00eancia adicional de calor para o corpo da correia, reduzindo assim a resist\u00eancia interna. A camada carbonizada, desenvolvida durante o funcionamento da correia, cria fissuras finas irregulares que contribuem para o efeito de arrefecimento da correia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As correias transportadoras resistentes ao calor s\u00e3o categorizadas em quatro tipos:<br>Tipo T1: Suporta uma temperatura de trabalho n\u00e3o superior a 100\u00b0C, temperatura m\u00e1xima de funcionamento de curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 150\u00b0C.<br>Tipo T2: Suporta uma temperatura de trabalho n\u00e3o superior a 125\u00b0C, temperatura m\u00e1xima de funcionamento de curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 170\u00b0C.<br>Tipo T3: Suporta uma temperatura de trabalho n\u00e3o superior a 150\u00b0C, temperatura m\u00e1xima de funcionamento de curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 200\u00b0C.<br>Tipo T4: Suporta uma temperatura de trabalho n\u00e3o superior a 180\u00b0C, temperatura m\u00e1xima de funcionamento de curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 230\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente, as correias transportadoras resistentes ao calor de n\u00edvel T2 s\u00e3o amplamente utilizadas no mercado. Estas correias utilizam tipicamente borracha de etileno-propileno-dieno (EPDM) como material de cobertura devido \u00e0 sua f\u00e1cil disponibilidade e menor custo. A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de n\u00edvel T3 \u00e9 menos comum, pois requer materiais mais especializados, como borracha but\u00edlica parcial ou misturas de etileno-propileno com poliolefinas. O EPDM \u00e9 um tipo de borracha etileno-propileno conhecida pela sua excelente resist\u00eancia ao ozono, calor, intemp\u00e9ries e envelhecimento, devido \u00e0 sua cadeia principal de hidrocarboneto saturado quimicamente est\u00e1vel, com liga\u00e7\u00f5es duplas insaturadas apenas nas cadeias laterais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As correias transportadoras resistentes ao calor de EPDM exibem uma resist\u00eancia ao calor e qu\u00edmica excecional. A estrutura ramificada \u00fanica do EPDM \u00e9 a principal raz\u00e3o para a sua resist\u00eancia ao calor, proporcionando n\u00e3o apenas excelentes propriedades mec\u00e2nicas, mas tamb\u00e9m um isolamento superior. De acordo com as normas internacionais, as correias transportadoras de EPDM podem suportar temperaturas at\u00e9 250 graus Celsius, sendo amplamente utilizadas para transporte e manuseamento em
