O que significa isto? A resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o da correia transportadora refere-se \u00e0 capacidade m\u00e1xima da camada de cobertura de borracha para resistir a danos por tra\u00e7\u00e3o, e refere-se \u00e0 carga na sec\u00e7\u00e3o unit\u00e1ria quando a parte de borracha de teste \u00e9 esticada at\u00e9 \u00e0 rutura, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como resist\u00eancia \u00e0 rutura, a unidade \u00e9 MPa. O peso molecular da borracha determina a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o do produto. Quanto maior o peso molecular, melhor a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o, e vice-versa, menor a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>2. Quanto maior a densidade de reticula\u00e7\u00e3o da borracha, maior a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>3. Quanto menores forem as part\u00edculas do agente de composi\u00e7\u00e3o, maior ser\u00e1 a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o. Adicionar \u00e1cido este\u00e1rico e \u00f3xido de zinco pode aumentar a atividade superficial, portanto a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o aumentar\u00e1 correspondentemente. Quanto mais agente de composi\u00e7\u00e3o for utilizado, maior ser\u00e1 a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>4. Um plastificante \u00e9 geralmente adicionado \u00e0 f\u00f3rmula para fazer correias transportadoras de borracha. Se a quantidade de plastificante exceder o padr\u00e3o, a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o da borracha ser\u00e1 reduzida.<br>5. A mistura de borrachas tamb\u00e9m aumentar\u00e1 a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o. Por exemplo, a mistura de borracha de nitrila e PVC aumentar\u00e1 a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>6. O processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o da correia transportadora \u00e9 numeroso, e o processo de fabrico \u00e9 complexo. Portanto, os fatores que afetam a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o da correia transportadora tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o complicados. O tensi\u00f3metro puxa as garras de forma constante at\u00e9 que o haltere se parta.
