Ent\u00e3o, o que representam estas abreviaturas?<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Deixe-me primeiro compreender a origem do &#8220;DIN&#8221;, a norma DIN foi estabelecida pelo &#8220;Instituto Alem\u00e3o de Normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, a letra &#8220;DIN&#8221; significa &#8220;Deutsches Institut f\u00fcr Normung&#8221;, eles formulam especifica\u00e7\u00f5es e normas como um servi\u00e7o \u00e0 ind\u00fastria alem\u00e3. S\u00e3o uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o sem fins lucrativos altamente respeitada, com sede em Berlim desde 1917, muitas normas DIN foram convertidas em normas EN ou at\u00e9 ISO.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Na Europa e em muitas partes do mundo, as normas DIN s\u00e3o mais geralmente reconhecidas e aceites, especialmente no caso de correias transportadoras resistentes \u00e0 abras\u00e3o. Atualmente, a maioria das normas DIN para correias transportadoras seguidas em todo o mundo baseiam-se na norma DIN22102, que \u00e9 principalmente usada para indicar os tr\u00eas importantes indicadores da borracha de cobertura da correia transportadora, nomeadamente &#8220;Resist\u00eancia \u00e0 Tra\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, &#8220;Alongamento na Rotura&#8221; e &#8220;Perda por Abras\u00e3o&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>A tabela seguinte mostra as quatro especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o DIN mais utilizadas, nomeadamente DIN-X, DIN-W, DIN-Y e DIN-Z:<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Ent\u00e3o, quais s\u00e3o os significados espec\u00edficos e os m\u00e9todos experimentais destes tr\u00eas indicadores?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong><strong>Resist\u00eancia \u00e0 Tra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>A resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 geralmente medida como a quantidade de for\u00e7a em libras por polegada quadrada (psi) ou megapascais (MPa) necess\u00e1ria para puxar um esp\u00e9cime at\u00e9 ao ponto de falha do material. Este teste \u00e9 realizado colocando um esp\u00e9cime em forma de haltere nas garras, ou mand\u00edbulas, de um tens\u00f3metro. O tens\u00f3metro afasta as garras de forma constante at\u00e9 o haltere partir. O alongamento \u00e9 expresso como uma percentagem do comprimento original. Taxa de Perda por Abras\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">A taxa de abras\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 chamada de perda por abras\u00e3o ou redu\u00e7\u00e3o por abras\u00e3o, simplesmente, \u00e9 medir a perda superficial da borracha de cobertura da correia transportadora durante o processo de fric\u00e7\u00e3o em funcionamento atrav\u00e9s de equipamento de teste especial.
