Na ind\u00fastria qu\u00edmica, a norma DIN 22102 classifica as correias transportadoras resistentes ao calor em tr\u00eas graus: T1, T2 e T3, correspondendo a temperaturas de teste de 120, 150 e 180 graus Celsius, respetivamente.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">A correia transportadora resistente ao calor \u00e9 composta por uma camada de combust\u00e3o de alta temperatura, uma camada de transi\u00e7\u00e3o, uma camada isolante org\u00e2nica e uma camada resistente ao calor de alta resist\u00eancia. A superf\u00edcie de borracha utiliza EPDM (Etileno-Propileno-Dieno Mon\u00f3mero) ou SBR (Borracha de Estireno-Butadieno Polimerizada) para fazer a cobertura de borracha, respetivamente;<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">a lona de poli\u00e9ster ou lona com alta resist\u00eancia e alta permeabilidade pode constituir a camada de refor\u00e7o. Estes elementos s\u00e3o unidos atrav\u00e9s de vulcaniza\u00e7\u00e3o a alta temperatura.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #1869b5; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Os princ\u00edpios qu\u00edmicos da borracha resistente ao calor:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">A cobertura resistente ao calor produz uma camada carbonizada porosa quando a correia transportadora transporta material de alta temperatura. Esta camada carbonizada tem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de resistir \u00e0 combust\u00e3o e impede que a alta temperatura se transfira para o interior do corpo da correia, protegendo assim a resist\u00eancia interna da <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>correia transportadora resistente ao calor<\/strong><\/span>.
