So we advice you to try to\u00a0convince\u00a0your client to think about two rolls of 2600mm abrasion-resistant EP conveyor belt\u00a0together (with 4ply type), in this case, we can follow our original offer ( 5ply USD9**\/meter\u00a0; 4ply USD8***\/meter) so that we could enjoy the 6% export tax priority from our local government.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your client can not accept our suggestion, we\u00a0need to adjust the offer from USD9***\/meter to USD9***\/meter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. Regarding your concerns, please kindly having our explanation as below:<\/span><\/p>\n

A. For the large format abrasion-resistant EP conveyor belt\u00a0(above 1900mm), it is so hard to\u00a0keep the surface of belt in the perfect smooth situation\u00a0because rubber material has less space than normal format belt during vulcanization process, which lead to more reaction among isoprene (rubber molecule), but we can\u00a0cut down the waves to the lowest level by\u00a0adjusting\u00a0both press and last vulcanization time.<\/span><\/p>\n

B. The large-format abrasion-resistant EP conveyor belt\u00a0I showed to you today has thinner thickness total 8mm (3mm top\u00a0 2mm bottom 3 layer), in this case we have to shorter vulcanization time and press to make sure no harm to EP layer, which leads to tiny waves in the surface.<\/span><\/p>\n

C. Since our customer use this EP conveyor belt for delivery light material (sawdust) which needless tensile strength (7.8Mpa), so he requests us to use more recycled rubber instead of nature rubber to lower down the cost, which also the reason why the wave happens.<\/span><\/p>\n

The waves will disappear so much because your request is higher than our customer\u2019s demand\u00a0both in thickness and rubber grade.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are close to placing with you our first order for 100m x 2600mm in EP800\/5, so we need to be sure that our customer will not have any reasons to reject your product.<\/span><\/p>\n

We attached to our vulcanization machine.<\/span><\/p>\n

The largest width we can produce is 3000mm.<\/span><\/p>\n

For a large-format abrasion-resistant EP conveyor belt, the flat level depends on the thickness of the belt, layer type, and delivery situation.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. If the belt thicker (above 9mm), the surface of the belt would be kept flat during and after the producing process.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. If the layer is cotton and EP\u00a0type, the surface of the belt\u00a0would be very flat.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. If the core of rubber roll is made stronger, the belt would keep the perfect circle, so the surface will be protected very well during delivery. (we choose metal as core material, please see the attached picture)<\/span><\/p>\n
