Cara Memilih Ketebalan Karet Penutup<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketebalan lapisan penutup pada sabuk konveyor secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti keausan, kekasaran, ketajaman tepi, dan periode siklus sabuk konveyor. Ketebalan lapisan penutup atas terkait dengan kondisi berikut: ketajaman material meningkat, ketebalan lapisan penutup harus meningkat; peningkatan berat blok material memerlukan peningkatan ketebalan untuk meredam dan menghindari robeknya sabuk konveyor; ketebalan lapisan penutup sabuk konveyor bervariasi sesuai dengan periode siklus sabuk konveyor, berkurang dan bertambah; ketebalan tertentu diperlukan untuk memudahkan vulkanisasi sambungan.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Secara umum, material berat, material dengan tepi tajam, material dengan keausan lebih besar, dan material yang diangkut dengan kecepatan tinggi dan jarak pendek memerlukan ketebalan lapisan penutup atas yang besar.
