Jika suhu material mencapai 300\uff5e500\u2103, konsultasikan dengan produsen untuk sabuk konveyor tahan panas dengan tingkat lebih tinggi. Untuk material yang mengandung zat asam, basa, korosif, berminyak, dan pelarut organik, gunakan sabuk konveyor karet yang tahan asam, basa, korosi, dan minyak. Sabuk konveyor tahan api harus digunakan di lokasi dengan risiko kebakaran atau di pertambangan batubara bawah tanah serta tempat kerja lain yang menghasilkan debu mudah terbakar.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">4. Indeks ini secara langsung memengaruhi masa pakai sabuk konveyor. Daya rekat mencakup perekatan antar lapisan kain EP dan antara lapisan kain dengan karet penutup. Jika daya rekat baik, akan menguntungkan efek ketahanan penuaan dan panas sabuk konveyor EP. Kekuatan perekat ideal umumnya 3,5 N\/mm antar lapisan kain dan 3,2 N\/mm antara lapisan kain dan karet penutup.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Saat ini, produsen sabuk konveyor meningkatkan kinerja perekatan dengan menggunakan karet berkualitas tinggi sebagai matriks karet penutup sabuk konveyor EP, kemudian mencampurnya dengan formula kimia berbeda untuk memberikan lapisan penutup yang tahan lama. Secara umum, kain EP memiliki empat pilihan model tarik: EP100, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350, EP400. EP150 lebih sering digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tarik dasar, diikuti EP200, sedangkan EP400 umumnya digunakan untuk pengangkutan jarak jauh dan beban berat.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Sabuk konveyor dengan tingkatan berbeda memerlukan kain EP yang sesuai. Jika terlalu banyak lapisan, sabuk konveyor dapat menyebabkan tekanan berlebihan antar lapisan kain saat melewati permukaan rol, yang memengaruhi daya rekat antara lapisan kain dan karet penutup, menimbulkan stres, dan berisiko menyebabkan lapisan kain terlepas. Di antaranya, 15Mpa dan 18Mpa dapat memenuhi sebagian besar kebutuhan kekuatan pengangkutan. Selain itu, kepadatan sabuk konveyor itu sendiri juga penting. Semua orang tahu bahwa kekuatan dan daya tahan suatu material terutama ditentukan oleh kepadatannya. Sabuk konveyor dengan kepadatan tinggi secara alami sangat kuat dan dapat digunakan lebih lama setelah pembelian. Oleh karena itu, meskipun sabuk konveyor karet dengan kinerja buruk harganya lebih murah, namun perlu sering diganti, sehingga biayanya lebih mahal dibandingkan sabuk konveyor dengan kinerja
