Penutup atas dipilih untuk masa pakai keausan (abrasi, pengikisan; lingkungan suhu) berdasarkan sifat batuan, desain chute yang menentukan dampak dan geser, serta suhu produk. Bukan berarti semakin tebal karet penutup sabuk konveyor, semakin baik. Umumnya, semakin berat barang, semakin jauh jarak pengangkutan, semakin besar gaya tarik sabuk konveyor, dan semakin tebal ketebalan sabuk konveyor.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>2. Jika material yang dibutuhkan oleh sabuk konveyor tidak memerlukan ketahanan abrasi yang kuat atau kekuatan tarik yang baik, Anda dapat memilih ketebalan yang relatif lebih tipis, yang tidak hanya menghemat biaya sabuk konveyor, tetapi juga dapat mengurangi konsumsi energi jalur konveyor, dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengangkutan jalur konveyor. Selain itu, tergantung pada lingkungan penggunaan sabuk konveyor. Lapisan pemutus dan campuran kompon tidak relevan\/dikecualikan. Karet aus dan ketika mencapai batasnya akan dibuang. Idealnya, masa pakai sabuk harus merupakan pembagian yang sama dari masa pakai pabrik yang dirancang.
