pengerasan dan retak pada karet. Oleh karena itu, saat memproduksi sabuk konveyor untuk menangani material bersuhu tinggi, perlu dimasukkan formulasi kimia yang sesuai untuk membuat sabuk konveyor tahan panas. Dalam industri kimia, DIN 22102 mengklasifikasikan sabuk konveyor tahan panas menjadi tiga tingkatan: T1, T2, dan T3, masing-masing sesuai dengan suhu uji 120, 150, dan 180 derajat Celsius.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Sabuk konveyor tahan panas terdiri dari lapisan pembakaran suhu tinggi, lapisan transisi, lapisan insulasi organik, dan lapisan kuat tahan panas. Permukaan karet menggunakan EPDM (Etilen Propilena Diena Monomer) atau SBR (Karet Stirena-Butadiena Terpolimerisasi) untuk membuat penutup karet masing-masing;<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">kanvas poliester atau kanvas dengan kekuatan tinggi dan permeabilitas tinggi dapat membuat lapisan kuat. Semua ini akan direkatkan bersama melalui vulkanisasi suhu tinggi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #1869b5; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Prinsip kimia karet tahan panas:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Penutup tahan panas menghasilkan lapisan karbon berpori saat sabuk konveyor membawa material bersuhu tinggi. Lapisan karbon ini berfungsi sebagai tahan bakar dan mencegah suhu tinggi merambat lebih dalam ke tubuh sabuk, sehingga melindungi kekuatan internal <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>sabuk konveyor tahan panas<\/strong><\/span>.
