Que signifient ces d\u00e9signations et en quoi diff\u00e8rent-elles ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bandes transporteuses r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la chaleur sont principalement utilis\u00e9es dans des industries telles que les aci\u00e9ries, le ciment, la cok\u00e9faction, la m\u00e9tallurgie, etc., pour transporter des mat\u00e9riaux incluant le minerai fritt\u00e9, le coke, le clinker de ciment et d&rsquo;autres substances \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Le processus de fabrication de ces bandes implique plusieurs couches de tissu EP ou de c\u00e2bles d&rsquo;acier formant la carcasse, recouvertes de caoutchouc r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, le tout \u00e9tant li\u00e9 par vulcanisation \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Cette couche est ignifuge et emp\u00eache le transfert ult\u00e9rieur de chaleur vers le corps de la bande, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la r\u00e9sistance interne. La couche carbonis\u00e9e, qui se d\u00e9veloppe pendant le fonctionnement de la bande, cr\u00e9e de fines fissures irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res qui contribuent \u00e0 l&rsquo;effet de refroidissement de la bande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bandes transporteuses r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la chaleur sont class\u00e9es en quatre types :<br>T1 : R\u00e9siste \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de travail ne d\u00e9passant pas 100\u00b0C, avec une temp\u00e9rature de pointe \u00e0 court terme de 150\u00b0C.<br>T2 : R\u00e9siste \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de travail ne d\u00e9passant pas 125\u00b0C, avec une temp\u00e9rature de pointe \u00e0 court terme de 170\u00b0C.<br>T3 : R\u00e9siste \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de travail ne d\u00e9passant pas 150\u00b0C, avec une temp\u00e9rature de pointe \u00e0 court terme de 200\u00b0C.<br>T4 : R\u00e9siste \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de travail ne d\u00e9passant pas 180\u00b0C, avec une temp\u00e9rature de pointe \u00e0 court terme de 230\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, les bandes transporteuses r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la chaleur de niveau T2 sont largement utilis\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9. Ces bandes utilisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du caoutchouc \u00e9thyl\u00e8ne-propyl\u00e8ne-di\u00e8ne (EPDM) comme mat\u00e9riau de rev\u00eatement en raison de sa disponibilit\u00e9 et de son co\u00fbt inf\u00e9rieur. L&rsquo;utilisation du niveau T3 est moins courante car elle n\u00e9cessite des mat\u00e9riaux plus sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, tels que le caoutchouc butyle partiel ou des m\u00e9langes d&rsquo;\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne-propyl\u00e8ne avec des polyol\u00e9fines. La structure ramifi\u00e9e unique de l&rsquo;EPDM est la raison cl\u00e9 de sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur, offrant non seulement d&rsquo;excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques mais aussi une isolation sup\u00e9rieure. Selon les normes internationales, les bandes transporteuses en EPDM peuvent r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 250 degr\u00e9s Celsius, ce qui les rend largement
