Cette unit\u00e9 est couramment utilis\u00e9e sur les march\u00e9s des courroies transporteuses en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et du Sud pour d\u00e9crire la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction globale des courroies transporteuses EP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, dans de nombreux autres pays \u00e0 travers le monde, l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 m\u00e9trique N\/mm est plus r\u00e9pandue pour d\u00e9crire les courroies transporteuses EP. La plus grande diff\u00e9rence entre PIW et N\/mm est que PIW d\u00e9crit la \u00ab tension de service \u00bb, tandis que N\/mm d\u00e9crit la \u00ab r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rupture \u00bb. Par exemple, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rupture de l&rsquo;armature EP 1000 est de 1000 N\/mm ; apr\u00e8s conversion en unit\u00e9s m\u00e9triques (en supposant un coefficient de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 10:1), la tension de service sera de 100 N\/mm ou 571 PIW en unit\u00e9s imp\u00e9riales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que le commerce international continue de se redresser, la conversion entre ces deux unit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes devient de plus en plus n\u00e9cessaire. Alors, que signifie \u00ab PIW \u00bb pour les courroies transporteuses, et comment peut-il \u00eatre converti en grade EP ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de convertir en un mod\u00e8le sp\u00e9cifique de tissu EP, nous devons d&rsquo;abord convertir PIW en unit\u00e9s m\u00e9triques N\/mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><span style=\"color: #1975b3;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Comment convertir PIW et N\/mm l&rsquo;un en l&rsquo;autre ?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Sans tenir compte d&rsquo;un coefficient de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, PIW est converti en N\/mm (EP) en multipliant par 0,175.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemple : 330 PIW x 0,175 = 57,75 N\/mm (57,75 kN\/m)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En supposant un coefficient de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 10:1, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rupture de la bande enti\u00e8re sera de 57,75 N\/mm x 10 = 577,5 N\/mm, cette valeur est l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 EP, puis divis\u00e9e par le nombre de couches pour obtenir la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rupture de chaque couche. Consultez le tableau ci-dessous pour obtenir les sp\u00e9cifications de la courroie transporteuse EP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"756\" height=\"102\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sungda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/PIW-convert-to-EP.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3421\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenons l&rsquo;exemple de la courroie transporteuse PIW330\/3 la plus courante : 330 PIW x 0,175 = 57,75. Si le coefficient de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est de 10, alors la r\u00e9sistance globale de la courroie transporteuse sera de 577,5 N\/mm, et en divisant cette valeur par 3 couches EP, la r\u00e9sistance de chaque couche de tissu EP est de 192,5 N\/mm. Selon le tableau des mod\u00e8les EP ci-dessus, EP200 est le plus proche de cette valeur, donc le mod\u00e8le EP le plus proche de PIW330\/3 est EP200, une courroie transporteuse \u00e0 3 couches, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire une courroie transporteuse EP600\/3.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inversement, N\/mm converti en PIW est multipli\u00e9 par 5,71.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemple : 577,5 N\/mm x 5,71 = 3297,5 PIW<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En supposant un coefficient de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 10:1, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rupture de la bande enti\u00e8re sera de 3297,5 PIW x 10 = 329,7 PIW<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
