Quelles propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques ces valeurs repr\u00e9sentent-elles ?<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><br>Le <strong>Mpa<\/strong> dans la bande transporteuse fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 ultime de la couverture en caoutchouc \u00e0 r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la rupture par traction, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction\u00a0\u00bb. Il d\u00e9signe la charge sur la section unitaire lorsque l&rsquo;\u00e9prouvette en caoutchouc est \u00e9tir\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la rupture, c&rsquo;est pourquoi on l&rsquo;appelle aussi la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rupture. L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 est le m\u00e9gapascal (Mpa). L&rsquo;indice de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 comme norme de performance m\u00e9canique et physique de la couverture en caoutchouc (tant pour la couverture sup\u00e9rieure qu&rsquo;inf\u00e9rieure) de la bande transporteuse. Avec l&rsquo;allongement \u00e0 la rupture (%) et la perte par abrasion (mm<sup>3<\/sup>), il constitue les trois principaux indicateurs de performance de la couverture en caoutchouc de la bande transporteuse.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Cependant, en raison des variations d&rsquo;usage traditionnelles et habituelles entre les syst\u00e8mes m\u00e9trique et imp\u00e9rial, ainsi qu&rsquo;entre diff\u00e9rents pays et r\u00e9gions, il peut y avoir des incoh\u00e9rences dans les unit\u00e9s utilis\u00e9es pour d\u00e9crire la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction des bandes transporteuses. Cela n\u00e9cessite de comprendre quelques relations de conversion d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s de base. Les unit\u00e9s de pression courantes dans l&rsquo;industrie des bandes transporteuses comprennent les m\u00e9gapascals (MPa), les livres par pouce carr\u00e9 (psi), les kilogrammes par centim\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 (kg\/cm\u00b2), les bars et les atmosph\u00e8res (atm). Les relations de conversion entre ces unit\u00e9s sont :<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">1 m\u00e9gapascal (MPa) = 145 livres\/pouce\u00b2 (psi) = 10,2 kilogrammes\/cm\u00b2 (kg\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>) = 10 bars (bar) = 9,8 atmosph\u00e8res (atm) = 1 N\/mm<sup>2<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Plus la cote Mpa est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la r\u00e9sistance de la couverture de la bande transporteuse est grande, plus la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, et plus la dur\u00e9e de vie de la couverture de la bande transporteuse est longue dans le m\u00eame environnement de transport.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Alors, comment tester la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction de la couverture de la bande transporteuse ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Ce test est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en pla\u00e7ant une \u00e9prouvette en forme d&rsquo;halt\u00e8re dans les m\u00e2choires d&rsquo;un tensiom\u00e8tre. Actuellement, presque tous les fabricants de bandes transporteuses sur le march\u00e9 mondial suivent plusieurs syst\u00e8mes de classement de r\u00e9sistance de couverture en caoutchouc internationalement reconnus. La plupart des pays suivent la norme de classe allemande DIN22102. Bien s\u00fbr, il existe aussi des normes de classement r\u00e9gionales. Par exemple, la plupart des pays des \u00c9tats-Unis ont l&rsquo;habitude de suivre la norme de classement RMA. Le pays a \u00e9galement ses propres normes de classement couvrant des standards tels que GB\/T7984 en Chine, AS1332 en Australie, JISK6322 au Japon, BS-490 au Royaume-Uni et SANS-1173 en Afrique du
