Parmi toutes les normes techniques des bandes transporteuses, les plus couramment utilis\u00e9es et les plus importantes concernent la sp\u00e9cification technique de la couverture en caoutchouc.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Toutes les bandes transporteuses suivent plusieurs syst\u00e8mes de classement de couverture en caoutchouc internationalement reconnus. La plupart des pays adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la norme de grade allemande DIN22102, et bien s\u00fbr, il existe des normes de grade r\u00e9gionales. Par exemple, les pays am\u00e9ricains ont l&rsquo;habitude de suivre la norme de grade RMA, d&rsquo;autres pays ont \u00e9galement leurs propres normes de rev\u00eatement, comme la GB\/T7984 de la Chine, l&rsquo;AS1332 de l&rsquo;Australie, la JISK6322 du Japon, la BS-490 du Royaume-Uni et la SANS-1173 de l&rsquo;Afrique du Sud, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">&nbsp;Ces normes sont con\u00e7ues pour fournir aux utilisateurs finaux des informations sur les diff\u00e9rentes applications, en indiquant quels grades sont utilis\u00e9s dans ces classements. Ces classements sp\u00e9cifient diff\u00e9rentes normes de tests en laboratoire, mais ne fournissent aucune garantie de performance dans des applications sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Dans la s\u00e9lection des bandes transporteuses et le commerce international, il est tr\u00e8s important de comprendre ces normes et comment les convertir entre elles. Examinons la norme RMA :<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">RMA est l&rsquo;abr\u00e9viation de \u00ab\u00a0Rubber Manufacturers Association\u00a0\u00bb aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Elle a \u00e9tabli deux grades standard pour la couverture des bandes transporteuses en caoutchouc : RMA-I et RMA-II. Le grade RMA-I (17 MPa) r\u00e9pond aux exigences plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement et d&rsquo;allongement du caoutchouc, et pr\u00e9sente g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une r\u00e9sistance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la coupure et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9raflure par rapport au RMA-II (14 MPa). Il est important de noter que les grades n&rsquo;indiquent pas n\u00e9cessairement la r\u00e9sistance globale \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure. l&rsquo;ignifugation, etc. Il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de comprendre d&rsquo;abord les conditions d&rsquo;exploitation, puis de consulter un fournisseur r\u00e9put\u00e9 avant de choisir la
