Les fabricants de bandes transporteuses, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9es courroies transporteuses, produisent des articles composites en caoutchouc, fibres, m\u00e9tal, ou en plastique et tissu, utilis\u00e9s dans les convoyeurs \u00e0 bande pour transporter des mat\u00e9riaux. Les bandes transporteuses sont largement employ\u00e9es dans les industries du ciment, de la cok\u00e9faction, de la m\u00e9tallurgie, de la chimie, de l&rsquo;acier, et autres, o\u00f9 les distances de transport sont courtes et les volumes faibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;allongement de la bande transporteuse signifie qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;utilisation, la longueur de la bande s&rsquo;\u00e9tend par rapport \u00e0 sa longueur d&rsquo;origine, ce qui emp\u00eache la bande de s&rsquo;adapter parfaitement au convoyeur. Il en r\u00e9sulte des \u00e9carts pendant le fonctionnement, affectant l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 globale du convoyeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu importe le mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 sous le mod\u00e8le de bande transporteuse, un certain allongement se produira toujours, plus ou moins important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Test d&rsquo;allongement \u00e0 la rupture :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"577\" height=\"329\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sungda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Elongation-at-break-tester-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2485\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"677\" height=\"454\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sungda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Elongation-Illustration.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2457\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;allongement des bandes transporteuses se pr\u00e9sente sous trois formes principales : l&rsquo;allongement \u00e9lastique, l&rsquo;allongement structurel et l&rsquo;allongement permanent. Leurs causes et cons\u00e9quences diff\u00e8rent toutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. L&rsquo;allongement \u00e9lastique est la partie d&rsquo;extension qui appara\u00eet sur la bande transporteuse lors de l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration au d\u00e9marrage ou du ralentissement au freinage. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, cet allongement peut \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;application d&rsquo;une pression ou d&rsquo;une contrainte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. L&rsquo;allongement structurel est principalement d\u00fb au motif de tissage du textile plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re utilis\u00e9e. Dans les armures ordinaires, les fils de cha\u00eene pli\u00e9s se redressent sous charge, provoquant l&rsquo;\u00e9tirement de la bande transporteuse, dont une partie ne peut retrouver sa forme initiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Enfin, le changement de longueur permanent du mod\u00e8le de bande transporteuse est le plus irr\u00e9versible dans tous les cas.
