Les mat\u00e9riaux exercent un impact sur le convoyeur lors de l&rsquo;alimentation, en particulier lorsque l&rsquo;angle entre le mat\u00e9riau et la direction de la bande transporteuse est sup\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 90\u00b0, ce qui provoque une usure importante de la bande transporteuse ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Pour \u00e9viter la dispersion des mat\u00e9riaux, le contact entre la plaque de guidage et la bande transporteuse est trop serr\u00e9, entra\u00eenant l&rsquo;usure de la bande transporteuse ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Des objets durs et longs pr\u00e9sents dans les mat\u00e9riaux se coincent dans l&rsquo;orifice d&rsquo;alimentation, provoquant l&rsquo;usure ou l&rsquo;\u00e9raflure de la bande transporteuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8mement, les mesures de maintenance pour pr\u00e9venir le frottement entre l&rsquo;orifice d&rsquo;alimentation et la bande transporteuse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de minimiser l&rsquo;usure de la bande transporteuse au niveau de l&rsquo;orifice d&rsquo;alimentation, la conception structurelle de l&rsquo;orifice d&rsquo;alimentation doit r\u00e9pondre aux conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. L&rsquo;alimentation et la bande transporteuse fonctionnent dans la m\u00eame direction. Pendant le processus d&rsquo;alimentation, les mat\u00e9riaux se d\u00e9placent \u00e0 une vitesse presque identique \u00e0 celle de la bande transporteuse ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La hauteur de chute libre \u00e9quivalente des mat\u00e9riaux tombant sur la bande transporteuse est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 m, afin que la force d&rsquo;impact sur la bande transporteuse soit aussi faible que possible ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Installer un crible \u00e0 barreaux dans la goulotte d&rsquo;alimentation permettant aux mat\u00e9riaux fins de tomber d&rsquo;abord sur la bande transporteuse et de servir de lit pour les mat\u00e9riaux en vrac ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Conception rationnelle de la goulotte et de la goulotte de guidage pour que les mat\u00e9riaux tombent continuellement au centre de la bande transporteuse ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. La largeur de la plaque de d\u00e9viation de la goulotte de guidage diminue progressivement le long du sens de d\u00e9placement de la bande transporteuse. De plus, la goulotte de guidage doit s&rsquo;\u00e9tendre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la vitesse des mat\u00e9riaux atteigne celle de la bande ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
