L&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence id\u00e9ale est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 3,5 N\/mm entre les couches de tissu et de 3,2 N\/mm entre la couche de tissu et la couche de rev\u00eatement.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Actuellement, les fabricants de bandes transporteuses am\u00e9liorent les performances d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion en utilisant du caoutchouc de haute qualit\u00e9 comme matrice de rev\u00eatement pour la bande transporteuse EP, puis en le m\u00e9langeant avec diff\u00e9rentes formules chimiques pour lui conf\u00e9rer de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de vieillissement de la couche de rev\u00eatement. Le tissu EP offre de meilleures performances en r\u00e9sistance au froid et \u00e0 la chaleur, ainsi qu&rsquo;une meilleure r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la flexion et \u00e0 la d\u00e9chirure. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, le tissu EP propose quatre mod\u00e8les de traction : EP100, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350, EP400. L&rsquo;EP150 est le plus souvent utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de traction de base, suivi de l&rsquo;EP200. L&rsquo;EP400 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour le transport longue distance et de charges lourdes.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Diff\u00e9rents grades de bandes transporteuses n\u00e9cessitent des tissus EP correspondants. Trop de couches peuvent provoquer une compression excessive entre les couches de tissu lorsque la bande passe sur le rouleau, ce qui affecte l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion entre la couche de tissu et la couche de rev\u00eatement, g\u00e9n\u00e8re des contraintes et peut entra\u00eener un risque de d\u00e9collement des couches de tissu.
