Mais que repr\u00e9sentent exactement ces abr\u00e9viations ?<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Commen\u00e7ons par comprendre l&rsquo;origine du terme \u00ab\u00a0DIN\u00a0\u00bb. La norme DIN a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie par le \u00ab\u00a0Deutsches Institut f\u00fcr Normung\u00a0\u00bb (Institut allemand de normalisation). Les lettres \u00ab\u00a0DIN\u00a0\u00bb signifient justement \u00ab\u00a0Deutsches Institut f\u00fcr Normung\u00a0\u00bb. Cet organisme \u00e9labore des sp\u00e9cifications et des normes au service de l&rsquo;industrie allemande. C&rsquo;est une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif tr\u00e8s respect\u00e9e, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Berlin depuis 1917. De nombreuses normes DIN ont \u00e9t\u00e9 converties en normes EN, voire ISO.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>En Europe et dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions du monde, les normes DIN sont largement reconnues et accept\u00e9es, notamment pour les bandes transporteuses r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l&rsquo;abrasion. Actuellement, la plupart des normes de bandes transporteuses DIN suivies dans le monde sont bas\u00e9es sur la norme DIN22102. Elle sert principalement \u00e0 indiquer trois indicateurs importants du rev\u00eatement en caoutchouc de la bande transporteuse : la \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;Allongement \u00e0 la rupture\u00a0\u00bb et la \u00ab\u00a0Perte par abrasion\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Le tableau suivant pr\u00e9sente les quatre sp\u00e9cifications de rev\u00eatement DIN les plus couramment utilis\u00e9es, \u00e0 savoir DIN-X, DIN-W, DIN-Y et DIN-Z :<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Mais que signifient concr\u00e8tement ces trois indicateurs et quelles sont leurs m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;essai ?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong><strong>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mesur\u00e9e par la force, en livres par pouce carr\u00e9 (psi) ou en m\u00e9gapascals (MPa), n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00e9tirer une \u00e9prouvette jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sa rupture. Cet essai est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en pla\u00e7ant une \u00e9prouvette en forme d&rsquo;halt\u00e8re dans les m\u00e2choires d&rsquo;un tensiom\u00e8tre. Le tensiom\u00e8tre \u00e9carte les m\u00e2choires de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;halt\u00e8re se brise. L&rsquo;allongement est exprim\u00e9 en pourcentage de la longueur initiale. Taux de perte par abrasion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Le taux d&rsquo;abrasion, aussi appel\u00e9 perte par abrasion ou r\u00e9duction par abrasion, consiste simplement \u00e0 mesurer la perte de surface du rev\u00eatement en caoutchouc de la bande transporteuse pendant le processus de frottement en fonctionnement, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un \u00e9quipement de test sp\u00e9cifique.
