El entorno de trabajo de las minas de carb\u00f3n es relativamente complejo, el polvo de carb\u00f3n y el gas son factores de riesgo, y el carb\u00f3n que se transporta tambi\u00e9n es una sustancia inflamable; si se generan chispas el\u00e9ctricas durante el transporte, es f\u00e1cil provocar incendios. El uso de <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>bandas transportadoras resistentes al fuego<\/strong><\/span> para minas de carb\u00f3n reduce la posibilidad de chispas electrost\u00e1ticas durante el transporte del carb\u00f3n, e incluso si ocurren chispas est\u00e1ticas, estas bandas tienen una alta resistencia a las llamas y maximizan el tiempo de propagaci\u00f3n de la llama.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Actualmente, existen varias normas mundiales de bandas transportadoras ign\u00edfugas para garantizar su uso seguro, como la DIN-K de Alemania, la EN 12882 (general\/en superficie) y la EN 14973 (subterr\u00e1nea) de Europa, la ISO 340, la MSHA 30 de EE. UU., la JIS-K de Jap\u00f3n y la AS 4606:2012 de Australia. Posteriormente, se aplica una corriente de aire a la probeta durante un tiempo especificado despu\u00e9s de retirar la llama; la llama no debe reiniciarse. Luego se mide el tiempo que tarda la muestra de la banda en autoextinguirse despu\u00e9s de que se ha retirado la fuente de ignici\u00f3n (llama). Si se requiere certificaci\u00f3n, estas pruebas deben ser realizadas por una organizaci\u00f3n de pruebas independiente. Las normas de prueba exigen que no haya evidencia de llama o incandescencia durante o despu\u00e9s de la prueba.
